De-risk your project before a spade goes in the ground.

The biggest financial risk in any padel court project happens before construction even starts, committing to a site that isn't actually suitable, or discovering costly issues once work is already underway. TB Premium Padel's consultancy and feasibility service exists to catch these issues early, when they're still cheap and easy to solve.

What is consultancy & site feasibility?

Site feasibility is the assessment process that determines whether, and how, a proposed site can support a padel court installation. It covers ground conditions, drainage capacity, access, and regulatory requirements, giving clients a clear, evidence-based picture of what's achievable before investment is committed.

This stage is particularly critical for padel, given the drainage and structural demands of the courts and canopy systems involved. A site that looks straightforward on paper can present significant challenges once ground conditions and water management are properly assessed.

How TB Padel implements it

Site surveys We carry out detailed site surveys to assess ground conditions, access, and any constraints that could affect design or construction.

Percolation testing Understanding how water drains through the ground is essential for designing an effective drainage strategy. Percolation testing gives us the data needed to specify the right attenuation and soakaway approach before groundworks begin.

Feasibility assessments We assess the site holistically, covering technical, logistical, and commercial factors, to give clients a clear view of whether, and how, their project can proceed.

CDM-compliant documentation We provide the CDM-compliant documentation required to ensure the project meets its legal and regulatory obligations from the outset, reducing risk and delay further down the line.

Why this matters, and why it's a TB Padel USP

Many contractors skip proper feasibility work in favour of moving straight to a proposal, leaving clients exposed to risks that only surface once construction is underway, at which point they're far more expensive to resolve. TB Padel treats feasibility as a distinct, essential stage of every project, not an optional extra.

Backed by our civil engineering capability and 100+ installations of practical, on-the-ground experience, our feasibility assessments are grounded in what we know actually happens during construction, not generic desktop analysis. This gives clients genuine confidence in their investment before committing to a build.

The outcome

A clear, evidence-based understanding of your site's suitability, backed by percolation testing and CDM-compliant documentation, so your project moves forward with confidence and without costly surprises.
