Construction & Installation

Full groundworks through to final court build: base preparation, porous tarmac surfacing and fencing.

From bare ground to competition-ready, under one team.

Once a court is designed, the construction phase is where precision either shows up in the finished product, or doesn't. TB Premium Padel manages the full build in-house, from base preparation through to final court structure, so nothing is left to a subcontractor working from someone else's plan.

What is court construction & installation?

Court construction and installation covers the physical build of a padel court: preparing the base, laying the surfacing, erecting fencing and the court structure itself, and fitting out the court to its final, playable state. It's a technical process that requires precision at every stage, because errors in early groundwork or surfacing can't easily be corrected once the structure is in place.

Installation standards vary significantly across the industry. A court built to a generic specification, by a team without manufacturer-level training, will rarely perform, or last, like one built to competition standard by installers trained by the manufacturer itself.

How TB Padel implements it

Base preparation We prepare the court base to the exact tolerances required for the surfacing and structure that follow, ensuring a stable, long-lasting foundation.

Porous tarmac surfacing Surfacing is laid to manage drainage effectively and provide consistent playing characteristics, critical for both player experience and court longevity.

Fencing and structure We install the fencing, glass panels, and structural framework using our exclusive premium Spanish court systems, the same product used in professional tournaments.

Installation to competition standard Our installation teams are trained to the same standards as our Spanish manufacturing partner's own specialists. This isn't a generic sports contractor applying general construction knowledge to padel, it's a specialist team applying manufacturer-level precision to every court we build.

Why this matters, and why it's a TB Padel USP

Anyone can build a structure that looks like a padel court. Far fewer can build one that plays like a tournament-standard court and holds up over years of heavy use. The gap between the two comes down to installation quality, something that's easy to overlook until it's too late.

TB Padel's installers are trained to manufacturer standard, not general contractor standard. Combined with our exclusive access to a premium Spanish product, this means clients get a court built the same way as those used in professional competition, regardless of the venue's size or scale.

With 100+ successful installations behind us, including large-scale rollouts like David Lloyd, our construction process isn't theoretical. It's been proven, refined, and repeated across a wide range of sites and conditions.

The outcome

A court built to competition standard, installed by a team trained to the same precision as the manufacturer, and backed by a track record of over 100 successful projects.
